Many people of many different faiths and even some people of no faith disapprove of the killing of the unborn. I see nothing in the answer that would imply the answerer is or claims to be a Christian.

This sounds very like the Fanatics side of christianity. Every religious group has them. They are used to get a point across for the rest of the group who don't really believe everything that they are taught, but want to be part of a group of "so called" believers. Tolerance has never been part of the christian way. Just look at history. They want you to be tolerant of them, but god help you if you want them to tolerate your beliefs.
