I would say judo, because I don't mess with anyone. But if they come at me attacking, I flip them over with their own words.

Drunken Boxing, I'll say a bunch of stuff that doesn't really make sense or apply to the argument, then wallop them with the absolute truth from an unexpected direction while they're trying to sort it out

If it is serious, then it is Miyamoto Musashi's style, the greatest Japanese Samurai. In most of his battles, he won with one blow in seconds. I always imagined these protracted battles, but when you read his biography, very deep and spiritual by the way, you find that he practiced Martial Arts continuously and strategized every fight. His art (painting) was of the highest caliber.

If it is not as serious, then a good give and take works well, with both offense and defense. Defense is best when the persons efforts are used against them.

His philosophy was published as something like "...the 5 rings..." Read his biography first, it is fascinating, and gives great insight into the Japanese mind.

If you saw the movie Troy with Brad Pitt, in the first scene was a fight that came directly from Musashi, shown with complete awareness and certainty of victory.

No style... just being athletic and stay very fit. You can easily outlast them by running off! (But i'm not saying this because I'm afraid to fight).
