Even though I don't care for her I'd say Paris. Her hair looks pretty shiny and healthy.
I personally love Jessica Alba, Reese Witherspoon & Jennifer Aniston's hair. All of their hair looks extremely healthy (even though it's probably not because of everything that has been done to it.)
