Yes, the more clean cut the better for interviews. Plus, guys that are clean shaven are HOT!!!
Try to sound confident and self-motivated. Mention your work ethic, core values, and any experience you have that pertains to the job.
Blue shirt.
GOOD LUCK!

Shave the goatee and do the tan shirt. tan shirt because everyone where blue or white shirts to interviews and you'll look original.
If you dont't know the answer to something say "I'm not quite sure about that but I'm willing to learn"
If they say tell me about yourself " You tell them you are hardworking but you have a problem with trying to be a perfectionist. I like everything organized and right"
It may not be true, but when a manger heres that they automatically assume workaholic. Plus give a little personal detail too about yourself, but not to much.

If your goatee is just a little soul patch, then yes, shave it.
Blue shirt. Tan is a little blah
If you don't know the answer to a question, just say, I'm not 100% sure, but I can most definately get back to you with that answer, then look it up and get back to them.
When they ask you about yourself, tell them you're detail oriented, and a great people person. You enjoy teamwork, and take pride in a job well done.

Shaving depends on the type of job but at least make sure its trimmed neatly. Blue it more bright and will give you a glow. It's a happier color. Just be honest you don't want to give false info then when you get the job they'll expect you to know. Tell them the good qualities you have but don't go overboard.

your goatee is part of you unless it was a fad leave it where it is as long as its tidy as for shirt colour depends on what else your wearing as for questions check out the interview sites on the web you need to say you are everything they want in the most natural unpompous way possible yet again it depends on the job work out what they want and then work out what you have to give normally you need to be approachable honest team player work well individually such things as although i like a challenge i know my own limitations and am willing to ask for help/clarification etc am willing to train in order to improve myself as well as benefit the company that sort of thing good luck

Shave the goatee
What color is your suit?
Be careful. Admitting you don't know is bad, but trying to wing it and sounding like an idiot is worse.
Tell them what about your education and/or experience that you think will benefit you at their company.
Good luck and Godspeed.
