Check with at least three rare book dealers - preferably in person if you live in a large city - so they can SEE it's mint.
This will give you an idea of what you can get for it. Do you really have to sell it? It will ONLY increase in value. Put it in a safe deposit box at your bank.
Whatever you do, do NOT sell it to the first guy to make you an offer. This is an EXTREMELY rare book.

I don't know how much it would be worth but if you really have one - ask an expert, not ordinary Joes and Janes you hear from on this site.
By the way - if you've read the book - maybe you can tell us ordinary Joes and Janes WHAT the bell told and who it told it to...it's been too long for my memory to dredge-up.
