Should Nicole Richie be hospitalized?

I mean, if that girl gets any skinnier, she's going to fall through the drain in the shower.

I'm worried about her. She seemed happier and healthier when she was a chubby little girl. I believe she has a real problem and needs treatment. She traded drug addiction for weight loss addiction.

She needs serious help, she looks like a skeleton. Therapy and family counseling or support is a must for her and someone needs to hold her down and just make her down 6 pizza's or something. Ok that last one might be a tad too extreme, but she needs help!

Your concern for her is really sweet however, she has tons of cash and lots of publicity for being a stick figure, maybe that's exactly how she wants it.

She should go to rehab for her eating disorder,but you can't force someone to get help if they don't recognize they have a problem.
