my email wasnt getting through earlier and i had to unplug the lot and reboot.
i am on my second hub as the first one suddenly stopped working, they replaced it with a different one which is little better. my wireless laptop is low signal and my main computer is not getting on the net at all.

Yes the first one we had broke down after 2 days, and we had to wait for 2 weeks for a replacement. The new one takes ages to connect with the lap top and if you sign off, even for a few minutes, the connection breaks down. BT claim that it is only during 'updates', but i think this is rubbish. Had trouble with customer services too, the people at the call centre try to be very help full but it is really difficult to get them to understand what the problem is.

yes i thot it was just mine, besides the breaks in connection people say my line echoes and sounds like someone is tapping into my line and sometimes It does not connect first time when dialling out. I think its rubbish to be honest, guess its time we complained
