I use my mind like a scythe. I slice through the mundane reality we all seem to inhabite and try to harvest a greater world underneath. When i gather this harvest i share the fruit of it with others so that they too might comprehend a greater world and scythe away the unquestioned unlooked at existence both scientifically and spiritually.
What better use for a sharp intellect-selfish, selfless, efficient, compassionate, kind and curious but above all-appreciative of all existence, even the bad (as tragic).
What about you?

Quote:
‘Intellectualism’ is the belief that our mind comes upon a world complete in itself, and has the duty of ascertaining its contents; but has no power of re-determining its character, for that is already given. William James
Our mind creates our reality or perceptions of our reality. The brain is the single most important organ in our bodies...even our heart is dependent on the workings of our brain.
How we utilize our minds is up to us...and then becomes an elective process. I know people who elect not to use their minds...they are lazy thinkers...and others who process everything through their minds...but forget they have a heart. Two opposite extremes...as most of us fall somewhere in the middle.
I can be of "stubborn" mind and become very persistent. Persistence will often win over intellect. I hope I combine the two!
I often use my mind to travel to unexplored regions...and to create.

I feel like whenever I encounter something, my mind stimulates and it comes up with many possibilities as possible. I feel like the more I use it, the more you perfect your ability to think. What do I think about? I think about everything around me because I want to know and think on my own. For instance, if I see a person walking fast, I'd think, why? Work? Boyfriend? Tickets? Who knows? There are infinite possibilities.

I use my mind to sort problems out ...
by that i mean if i have five different issues that need adressing , like I gotta call this guy back or what time is my game tonight..
I seperate them and deal with them individually ..
I don't just let them amount int one big ball of problems or issuses and just deal with them emtionally..or half a**..

As a tool. Our minds are our greatest strength as humans. Some of us know how to use it properly, and some, sadly, let theirs rot...
