It's my 14th birthday party in 10 days but i have no idea what to wear. Im about 5'3", curvy, with fair hair and fair skin. What do you think will look good? Preferably something dressy. Thx xx

Where a jean skirt. With a layered tee mainly dark colors for the tee becuz of your fair skin.

wear something that will be comfortable like jeans or Capri's cause you never know you might want to mess around and you cant with a skirt and just wear a dressy shirt

purple spandex running shorts. neon green tank top. with orange tube socks, complimented by a pair of red high tops. if your going to choose wrist bands or a head band, make them yellow.
