I should have specified that I meant is at least Axel and Slash going to be there

unfortunately the only confirmed return of original member is axl but i have heard of Izzy and axl playing a couple of small gigs together in the past several months so there may be a guest appearance by Izzy. other than that slash and axl still haven't resolved there issues and there hasn't been any mention of the other original members

No, just AXL Rose from the original GNR is playing..
the rest play for Velvet Revolver (Guitarist Slash, Bassist Duff McKagan and Drummer Matt Sorum)
One former member guiatris Izzy Stradlin was invited to play with AXL in some show a few weeks ago.

Depends on what you mean "all" there has been 3 different drummers 4 rhythm guitarists, and 2 bass players, I doubt they will all be there but I have heard that Axl is back and Slash will tour so the rest don't really matter do they.

Sounds like only Axl Rose is returning to the US. European tour is over. And Slash hasn't been in g n r for years.
