there is no certain age that is considered old. It is more a matter of how old a person feels and if he or she is capable of still using his or her mental and physical capabilities to take care of him or herself. I am 41 and I feel like I'm 25!

I will be 65 the last day of this month...I have lived enough to gain some wisdom of others, myself, and my loved ones. I have not lived long enough to know what to do with the knowledge. I consider myself to be young. I doubt that I will ever die, it has not been proven that I will, and therefore, the jury is out! Now, if I could just convince my aching body that this is true, all will be happy here. You will find, that as you or others age, the definition of old changes with them....once, I would have considered 40 to be "old." Now, I think maybe 90 is old, but when I reach 90, I am sure I will consider 120 'old." We shall see, I will get back to you on that one. Good luck

An age when wisdom in you is already ripened. A wisdom to accept the truth about what you can do when you were younger and what you can no longer do because your bones and your muscles are no longer that strong and firm.
A wisdom to see that the new generation is the result of what you did in your time whether it is acceptable to you or not. And you are very old when everything is moving on and you are stationary already just watching and waiting to fade. How old am I? Guess.

I use to think anyone over 30 was old, then after passing 30 myself, I decided your only as old as you let yourself feel. I'm 55 and still feel very young, so I hope that when I 95 I can say, "man I'm old now".

I'm 26 and I think whatever is 10 years older than I am at a given point in time is old.

So when I'm 96, it'll be 106. It's a sliding scale.
