What is absolutely imperative is that you have a positive image of yourself, and that you are able to discern which aspects of your personality need improvement. If you're able to feel good about yourself, and at the same time be aware of which things need improvement, you'll be able to handle just about anything in stride. Don't worry so much about what others think; just try to maintain a positive attitude towards yourself.

By being positive! For every negative, there is always a positive!

I always try to find a way to deal with a situation, problem or circumstance in a more positive way.
For instance, if someone criticized some project I did at work and found fault, I would counteract by asking that person if they could show me a much better way to do it to achieve the desired result they were looking for. This way, instead of getting defensive, I turned it into an opportunity to learn something for future use!

If someone is being degrading to you, you just hold your head high and realize your worth,that "you are somebody! Not necessarily in their eyes but your own.

For pessimism,be optimistic! Always expect the best possible outcome to any thing thrown your way.

Judgments are usually formed by misinformation! People will thing whatever they want to think about you and judge you accordingly. You just don't be concerned about what they think because you are your own person and are not answerable to them anyways!

First of all, you have to choose your battles very carefully. Sometimes you're better off ignoring these types. Ask yourself if this is something that bothers you so much it's worth it to attempt to change it. Then speak up and say something about it the issue. You may have to say it loud and often. In my experience, negative people often have to be put in their place more than once or twice. Finally, stand your ground. Once you've struck a blow with people like this, you're going to have to defend your position. Good luck.

I'm a very upbeat person, I always try to see the bright side of everything in my life, I don't let what other people think of me get me down or have any affect on my actions. It is very hard to do I know, but when you start living your life for you and those you care about you will be much happier. Some people in the world are so unhappy with their life that they try to make themselves feel better by bringing everyone around them down.

Flip it, use it to your advantage. If it's something you have no control over, dismiss it straight out. I usually can make people think differently when they are being negative, make them see things from another perspective. The greatest thing about negativity is it usually involves anger, and anger is very powerful. you can use someone's anger and channel it to somewhere more productive.

What i do is just ignore it my hubby all ways told me thats your your own person and you can only make yourself happy and if you just ignore it they will stop and go on to the next person always keep your head up and act like nothing is bothering ya then peple will start to look up to you

i do not. I just keep on going. It get so much harder. I am here if u wish to talk about it. There will always be bad crisisismz, and hate, and degreagation. U just have to look past... and keep on going. simply, u do as much good as u can, which is much better than making insults.

I come across negativity everyday in my life and I just ignore it. I don't let it get to me because it will stress you out.
