I'd take Shaun Alexander, he scores a lot of TD's. The other 2 get a lot of yards, but TD's are better for fantasy points.

I would take LJ hands down! He has a great OL even if Roaf stays retired. He will be a monster this year and lead FF in scoring. LT gets banged up every year and his stats suffer around game 13-16 which is most fantasy playoffs. Alexander lost his best OL and he is on the cover of the new Madden game which comes with a curse. The safe and best choice is LJ.

SA had a big year last season, had him on my team so he is a great option. Chargers seem to be making Gates and McCardell bigger part of offense so LT only is SA and LJ are gone. But i would go with LJ he had an amazing season and will not be second rate this year. Expect much from him considering are a mainly running team unlike Seahawks or Chargers who mix it up.

go for LT... hes younger than shaun and altough shaun is a TD machine LT puts up numbers in rushing, receiving, passing TD, rushing TD, and recieving TD, which makes him a big threat and a major point gainer... regarding LJ, often times when a running back that doesn't play the entire past season but put up great numbers anyway, a lot of hype is built up becuase people think that the running back will put up even bigger numbers wen they play a full 16 games. the RBs, however, rarely live up to that great hype. (i.e. kevin jones, julius jones, and willis mcgahee) one more thing... steve hutchinson, a great offensive lineman, was on the seahawks but now left the team which will hurt shauns rushing yards
go for LT... good luck

Larry Johnson for sure. If he would have started the whole season last year he would have broken the TD record before Shaun. Plus SA has lost his main blocker in the left side of his O-Line. Also LJ is younger and doesnt have the wear and tare on his body.

LJs probably the best. if he started all last season, he would have got more tds than alexander. besides, his team has maybe one decent receiver. He will get plenty of touches. SA has a great quarterback on his team, with a good reciever in darrell jackson. Allthough he is vital to his team, he is not as vital as LJ.

It's funny, everyone has an opinion on this, but everyone's in agreement that it should be one of those 3.
As for me, I'll say you can't go wrong with any of them. If I were in your shoes, I'd take Larry Johnson. Look at his numbers from last year while sharing time with Priest Holmes. He is the man now and, holy cow, what he might do.

I think I'd take LT. Alexander lost his best blocking guard, who signed with Minnesota. And who knows how the Chiefs will do, they seem be be rather inconsistent.
Hard to go wrong with any of them, though.

LJ, he had 1700 yards in 9 games.. this guy could have gotten 2500+ yards last year if he would have played the whole season,
