The only thing eye exercises do is releive the strain of staring at the screen. Do you wear contact lenses? People who do tend to have more floaters than other people.

I haven't tried any eye exercises myself, but my mom says they are working. She is nearsighted, has slight double vision, and also has floaters. She uses this video, "Improve Your Eyesight", that guides her through exercises:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0970015097/sr=1-2/qid=1155838660/ref=sr_1_2/103-0400967-0995832?ie=UTF8&s=video
The one bad thing about this video is it only comes in VHS tape and it recently broke. She is considering buying a replacement and we'll probably try to copy it onto dvd or something this time in case it breaks again.
She overdid the exercises once and her eyes were really sore for a week after that. Just follow the directions and don't do more eye exercises than the instructions say. And like someone else said, use an eyechart to measure progress.
My mom has been trying different eye supplements in hopes that it will rid her of the floaters. I'll let you if she ever finds something that works. Good luck!

Eye exercises will NOT improve your visual acuity. This is a fact. Eye exercises are only beneficial for those who have accommodation/binocular vision problems. If you've heard otherwise, you've been lied to (unfortunately).

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/d5f13

Yes. they absolutely do work. You have to give it several months before you notice the difference. the only way to tell is if you get yourself an eye chart so you can track your progress

No, they really aren't going to improve anything significantly. Really the only thing that can improve your vision alot is laser correction surgery.
