I am passionate about this answer because I am a single male and I think about this a lot. There are two answers, depending on what type of person you are. My absolute, hands-down, number one pick is Rio de Janeiro.
1. Go to Brazil this winter (because it is their summer). Ipanema beach, PACKED full of sexy people. The best drinks you've ever tasted--Caipirinhas. If you want rainforest/adventure action, it's there. If you want relations with gorgeous women, it's there.
Let me tell you this story. A buddy of mine took his winter vacation in Brazil. He was there for a month. Within a few days of being there he meets and falls in love with this knockout. The third week he has to go to Belo Horizonte, another town. So she looks at him with puppy dog eyes and pleads with him: "Only have sex with...6 women."
English is your ticket to ride. If they can plainly see that you are American, then lucky for you. If you don't have a great beach bod, then make sure you hit up the night clubs.
2. Are tanned, dark women not your thing? Go to Moscow or St. Petersburg, Russia. I've seen fat, ugly American dudes pull some amazing ladies, and culturally those cities are amazing.

Seriously, Vegas is cool, The "hot spots" in Mexico where the college chicks go. If you want to go to Europe I had a blast in Amsterdam and Copenhagen.

I don't know where you are at, but I would say Panama City Florida. When you get there as long as your not from Alabama or Georgia the girls will grab on to you.
