My doctor told me it was ok to take Tylenol Sinus. I have terrible allergies. The closer my due date came, the more swollen my nose became, and that didn't help things, either! Try the Tylenol Sinus, it helped me.

Don't take any medicine for congestion. Try and Inhale steam. This will not harm your baby and at the same time clear congestion.
Steam with little drops of honey if possible.
Don't sneeze hard. That will create a muscle spasm in the abdomen. Don't worry, nothing will impact the baby.

Do not lie flat. Sorry, last stage of pregnancy is usually lying with head placed on a heap of pillows.

Sorry to hear you are congested. This is normal in pregnancy. My doctor always told me the best thing to do is to turn on the water very hot and close the bathroom door. Stay in their for about 10 minutes in the steam and it should help. Good luck.

You can, of course, buy or make saline drops, which are fine for pregnant women, but they don't work too well.

Most nasal drops contain oxytocin, which can trigger contractions.
However... in the last weeks of pregnancy, is that such a bad thing???

I used Afrin nasal drops during my three pregnancies and had no problem.

Sniff saline drops up your nostril or drop a pair of in there. in case you are able to no longer come across one with out extra chemicals, use the teen version (have confidence it relatively is generic as little tummies) or make a house version with salt and water. A humidifier would do you properly as stable. this is a internet-based recipe/article you would be waiting to speak to. i assume for you, i used to be rather unwell 2 situations early on in my being pregnant, and now no longer being waiting to take something killed me!!
