Hmm... grab some bread, put it in your mouth and make a nice little ball out of it, and put it towards the back of your throat.
Now sit down, and push both out at once (easy) - but spray pepper on your nose and when you sneeze, swallow the bread.

LOL! You can Sneeze, pooh and wee at the same time, but it would be impossible to eat while you're sneezing. Three outta four aint bad!

Well, if you held going to the bathroom for a long time, then sat down on the toilet, while eating peppery food...you may sneeze. And if you sneeze hard enough, maybe the force will cause all the rest to fly out? Ick. I don't know why you would want to eat and poop at the same time anyways. That's just wrong. I don't even know why I answered this...

You can't sneeze and eat at the same time. But all of the other things you can. You can't sneeze and eat (meaning swallow at the same time), because you are blowing out air from your lungs, so you will not be able to swallow as long as your trachea is open letting the air out.

I won't get into the details of the question, but for one thing I can tell you that when you sneeze, there are about 2 secs in which you are completely paralyzed, so that pretty much kills the question...
You can defenitely eat & poo, or eat & piss, but I'm not sure whether you can poo and piss at the same time.

You cannot eat and sneeze at the same time. You have to stop one to do the other.

You can manage three of the four - eating would be difficult if not impossible. You'd also make one heck of the mess.
