Means anything from being in a huge accident to tipping over in the grass.
Laying a bike down as an accident avoidance strategy is a wrong concept and is left over from the old days when bikes had bad brakes and big footboards with huge frame mounted crash bars and noone had helmets. With modern brakes and decent rider training, you can brake and swerve to accidents or brake enough to slow down to avoid an accident.
This is the same as to NEVER NEVER NEVER listen to someone who says to use the rear brake only in street riding, that person is an untrained idiot.

Laid down generally a slang term for crashing a motorcycle. I wouldn't consider the bike just tipping over in a garage "laid down" but that might just be me.
One area I totally disagree with people is that intentionally tipping the bike over to try to avoid a crash is NEVER the best option. If a crash is unavoidable, the best thing to do is slow the motorcycle as much as possible before impact. The rubber of the tires has much more traction than the plastic/metal/fiberglass of the body of the motorcycle so staying upright and braking hard will slow you the most and reduce the impact the most. The bike will not protect you if you lay it down - the impact still gets transfered to your body!

It means that it has never been in an accident, if you are a seasoned cyclist ( which i am not but i researched that topic previously) and you see that you are about to crash it is apparently better to lay the bike down on its side instead of using the breaks because the breaks are less effective then laying the bike down the following is what i clipped from a page it explains it a lot better.
Never try to jump off a bike if you are about to crash . If there are no other options, lay the bike down. This will slow you down quickly and can offer some protection in a collision. It will hurt, but if your body becomes a projectile in the air, travelling in the same general direction and close to the same speed as the motorcycle, you are liable to far more serious injuries.

The term "Never been Laid down" Means, it has not been dropped or involved in any accidents.
The other question you had, refers to being involved in an accident. No, it's never a good idea to lay the bike down in an accident, it can cause you to slide under a big truck or car and be squashed like a grape.

"Prolly" is not a word. Covering the bike will help. There is no need to show off your bike when you are not around. However, since this is happening to you a lot, either you have an enemy stalking you or you don't know how to park your bike. Shortly after you walk away it falls over. Maybe your kickstand is loose? Are you parking on dirt or soft asphalt without a beer can?

Yes, that's what it means. It hasn't been really wrecked if it's been laid down. To do that is to control the descent of the bike when it falls so that it gets as soft a landing as possible, though in many cases, it's impossible to do. If it hasn't been laid down, or in an accident, then it should be in pristine condition.

It means that it was never put on it's side in an accident. They didn't lose their balance and scrape the side of the motorcycle on the concrete. That is a good thing but I don't see how you could prove it either way. I think it is just an attention getter.

it means what it means.....it has never been laid down, whether on accident or intentionally, and yes sometimes that is the best thing to do, tip it on its side and let the bike protect you.

Laying it down really mean they have not gunned it, or raced it any time, means they have not ran it hard, yeah laying it down doesnt always mean laying on the ground, i wouldnt put a bike on the ground, unless it accidentaly fell over, but it means like flooring it, and makin the rpm go up quick, reving it hard, thats what laying it down means.
