BBC used to reign as the king of unbiased new for the world. They have taken on a somewhat anti-Blair editorial stance over the last few years. So I give Reuters the nod over BBC, although since all news outlets have to sell their content they do sensationalize, on occassion.

CBC has such an anti-American bias it is no longer a credible news source. Broadcast news programs are worthless unless you just want sports scored and the local weather.

Best bet for most people is to watch CNN and FoxNews and filter out the political leaning of the two sources to get the proper information. Fox takes a pro-USA stance on everything, and CNN is too anti-administration to report without the bias.

Jesi is completly right, try to watch both CNN and Fox news together. I find Fox news to be much less biased. While CNN is much more biased. Fox towards the right and CNN towards the left. I know that they are not online but they are the best that I have found. Anyone who dislikes Fox News basically is left winged, because Fox is honest and I like that. CNN brings some good points once in a while but rarely.

Well, people will disagree with me but I like the BBC and the Economist websites. Mostly moderate views, but all medias are biased in some way.

I am a US citizen, currently living in Slovakia- the land of my ancestors, but who is soon to return to our good ole USA "to roost". I find that both B.B.C. ( British BROADCASTING)EURONEWS, AND CNN, ALL OFFER ALYERNATIVE "FILTERS" TO THE NEWS REPORTING TO THAT WHICH WE ARE 'generally accustomed' TO RECEIVING WITHIN THE USA.
