I had the same thing, it was a calcium deficiency. Check with your OB. As simple as adding more milk and cheese or calcium rich things to your diet.

That's normal. Your body produces hormones that stretch your muscles and loosen your joints. Plus the added weight of pregnancy doesn't help with aches and pains. Try a nice warm bath before you go to bed, you can take tylenol as recommended on the package, and you can use heating pads to help. If you use a heating pad, make sure you have something between the heating pad and your skin. Your pants would be fine. Your skin is more sensitive to heat and sun right now, so just be careful with that. Try eating a banana a day. Sounds weird, but potasium will help with leg cramps. Make sure you continue to take your prenatal vitamins. This will help too. Those are really the only suggestions that I can give, besides make sure you stretch before doing any strenuous activity.

Sounds like you may need calcium supplements, would have your OB take some blood samples to make sure your levels of trace minerals are as they should be. The fetus takes what it needs from your body as it grows, so if you aren't on prenatal vitamins, or even if you are, you could be losing more of those elements than your body can tolerate and therefore need supplements. But always check with your doctor before taking anything.

Perhaps its due to water retention? I had that. Just lay down and elevate your legs. Also, depending upon how far in the pregnancy you are, it could just be the extra weight.

it could be nothing to worry about, but still have it checked out asap. It could be a blood clot--which are deadly!
