I have the first pick in my fantasy draft, and it's tomorrow night. I know this question has been asked to death, and I have a pretty good inclination of who I am going to take (Alexander), but let me ask you this, if I pass on Larry, will it come back to bite me in the butt?

You have to go Alexander Here. Sure they don't have Hutchsen but LJ doent have Roaf or long time KC FB Tony Richardson anymore either. Alexander and the Seahawks have been getting better and better the past three years and this year should be no differnet. KC on the other hand has a new coach. New offense, new plays, new results? Possibly. Right now the safer bet would be Alexander.

If i had to chose between these two, Id say Larry Johnson. Yes Alexander broke records last year, but we cant expect him to do it again, like we couldnt expect Manning to break the TD records again last year. LJ is now getting the ball full time in KC, and when he does get the touches, he runs through everyone, and HE wouldve broken the record if he started all season. But if I had the first pick, Id go with LT. Tomlinson does not have all the record breaking hype, which has proven to lower a players stats for that year, but he does have the talent to break records.

Larry Johnson hands down.... the Seahawks lost their LG in the offseason, a perrennial Pro Bowler, Hutchinson to the Vikes. LJ is the best pick for consistency this yr.

If you pass on LJ you will be kicking yourself all year!!!! Alexander lost his best OL. He will not repeat his awesome year. Plus he is on the cover of Madden which is a curse. Just check out the guys that have graced the cover in the past years. They either get hurt or have a bad year. Do the smart thing and pick LJ, you will thank me later!

Alexander, hes got the toughness to break tackles
he knows how to beat the slow guys on the rush, hes strong enough to keep away from the speedier linbackers and secondary.
Hes got the better supporting cast, and although Hutchinson left, Petersons come to Seattle, so expect an even drive to both sides, with Walter Jones andand Peterson manning both of the sides and Tobeck helping out in the center AND a pro bowler in Mack Strong as a fullback

LJs probably the best. if he started all last season, he would have got more tds than alexander. besides, his team has maybe one decent receiver. He will get plenty of touches. SA has a great quarterback on his team, with a good reciever in darrell jackson. Allthough he is vital to his team, he is not as vital as LJ.

In answer to your question, Shaun Alexander. In response to the guy who said Alexander won't be as good without Hutchinson... SAME SCENARIO IN KANSAS CITY! Tony Richardson was ALWAYS amazing, he's gone. Also, Pro Bowler Willie Roaf is gone as well. Roaf and Richardson are more valuable to Johnson than Hutchinson is to Alexander.
