I heard that when your estrogen level is low, it'll be harder to get pregnant.. this is true?

That is true, it is hard to get pregnant if your estrogen level is low. However they can give u shots, when it comes time for u to want to conceive, and u will get pregnant.

My cousin is 26 and she has low estrogen/high progesterone levels after she went off of the pill (the pill kept her balanced although she didn't know that). Once she went off, she didn't have a period for 2 months and she went through 2 rounds of steriod treatments and they had to give her fertililty treatments....still not pregnant 6 months later. So I would say your problem is a maybe.....

Soy, soy beans, tofu, soy...whatever, is a plant form of estrogen. I know that when I have heavy flows or bad cramps during the cycle, the estrogen in tofu eases it up for me.

I don't see why you couldn't get what you need via plants. There are also other plants that you can get it from as well. Just do a net search on google.com for estrogen plants. And do your research on them before taking any. Tofu, I know is safe though.

not really. but your doctor can also subcribed for you some kind of vitamins or medicine that yo0u can take to add additional estrogen to your system. but everyday , new way are coming out to help women get pregnant. the field is very advance. so dont worry about it to much.
