There is no such thing as Cthulhu. He is an imaginary being, like the Loch Ness Monster, and cannot crush humanity.

I'm thinking he might be waiting for that nice astronomical alignment on 12-21-2012--the Mayan thing everyone goes on and on about and most have no clue. I thought he might go for the one on 05/05/2000 but nary a peep from the great one.
