It's called autologous fat transplantation or microlipoinjection.
They draw the fat from other parts of your body with a needle, and inject it into another area. It's supposed to be completely safe since it's already from your body. Almost no chance of rejection or tissue incompatibility. Infection risk is low if you are getting it done at a reputable clinic, since they don't have to cut you open.
The fat injection is mostly done on the face right now. I'm sure they will find a way to make it work sometime in the future.

1. Because using your own body fat can give you cancer.
2. Breast implants can be dangerous, like other implants that is not a natural part of your body they can cause complications. Supposedly saltwater implants are less dangerous than those made of silicon.
Anyway; remember that bigger is not always better..Many women look nicer with their natural modest sized breasts than big fake balloons. Implants can give a hard feel to them also. Getting help to find the right clothes and style might be a better solution for many women wanting to change their looks..

Yes its a very common thing for women that get big breast cancers cut out but it generaly does not look as good as an implant getting rid of the fat articialy wont make you healthyer though so i would just start eating right and slowly getting into exercise like walking the dog the pay to get implants youll feel alot better and have the looks to match it.

Yes, Dr Sydney Coleman does this. He is one of the leading pioneers in fat grafting. The fat would be removed from your stomach and placed into the muscles behind the breast tissue. It can't be injected into the fatty tissues as this is too dangerous and may affect mammograms later on.
The downside is that there is no guarantee the fat will retain and it is very expensive compared to breast implants.

Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that the fat is kept alive because in its natural place, it has a blood supply and that supply would be interrupted or not set up if it were implanted to another spot and it would decompose.

Apparently there is a doctor in Toronto (Canada) who does exactly the procedure you describe.
Here is a newspaper article about it:
http://www.thestar.com/NASApp/cs/ContentServer?pagename=thestar/Layout/Article_Type1&c=Article&cid=1155204547618&call_pageid=991479973472&StarSource=RSS
Apparently, this procedure was widely available in US in 1980's. But plastic surgeons got together and decided to stop doing it because this procedure made screening and detection of breast cancer more difficult. The scars inside the breast from this procedure often looked like cysts on mamograms.

Unfortunately, fat doesn't stick around long if it's moved. It will either be reabsorbed into the blood stream, or start migrating.
Kinda nasty stuff, really.

You can. It's called body sculpting and they do it on extreme makeover sometimes.
