HIs Mother's Name Is Lillian(dead) and his two brother's name are Lucas and Julian but Julian died cause his mother killed him and blames Lex.

In "Smallville," Lex's mother is named Lillian. The long-lost brother we saw in one episode was Lucas Luthor, and Lex's infant brother who was killed was named Julian.
