No, but I can understand how the idea might come about - they seem scarce in areas that they are known to populate. There's such an area near me and I've never seen one despite efforts to the contrary - I think that they must hide up trees or have a network of secret underground bunkers.

No. They migrate looking for food. Knowing what time of day they move is a hunter's quest. In real cold weather they may coop but they don't hibernate.

No, they just move to their wintering grounds to spend the winter. These are usually less than 20 miles away from their summering areas.

No; the does separate from the bucks and group together in "yards" in the forest, along with their immature young. They have to dig in the snow to find the grass, lichens etc. to eat.

No. You can see them wandering around in the snow looking for something to eat. Sometimes they starve for lack of food but they do not hiberbate (sleeping and living off stored fat on their bodies) at all.

do you know that deer's horn is very good for medical used, their penis is also good for men. if you ask me if they hibernate in the winter, you have to wait for me until i can see my deer friend. i met it last year, someone was hunting them down, but i rescue it from a trap and only just asked for one of his horn in return, i got its phone number down too, so just wait ^^
