It's not necessary. But it's definitely a personal choice. Some people feel weird without underware. But if you notice, the majority of pantyhouse have a liner right around that area, so you can skip wearing the panty.

it'll be cleaner to wear panties under pantyhose and tights...feels less vulnerable...haha...

i think its better to wear something very pretty and feminine under pantyhose .just feels nice and comfy to me
