i want to buy a ipod but i do not know what kind would be the best for a teenager.which type of ipod is the best and holds the most songs

different ipods hold different amounts i.e. a nano can hold 1gb. while another nano (same model) can hold 4gb.
(1gb. =about 1,000 songs)
the most ive seen an ipod hold is 60gb.

The video is the most important IPod, yet for a 12 12 months old, you probable dont want 50,000 songs with you each and every of the time. i might want to flow for the Nano. get them a shuffle. Its small and cheap and not hard to break. Then if the child works well with it give them an ipod mini or another kind. You don't want them to break a 299 dollar ipod. try the $99 dollar 1 first.

Everyone I know who has a Nano has had it freeze or f-ck up at least twice. I have a 30G Video and it's absolutely perfect.

well the thing here is dont get a 4gig nano the best thing is a 1 gig if ur a music lover 2 gig if ur a huge music lover
