to Sturgis before, but a big fly smacked me square in the mouth on the ride. I nearly killed us from the swerve, scared my wife to death. Has anyone been in a near death with your significant other? Was it a life changing moment for you?

On the funny side..The fly got stuck?I hope your wife didn't kiss you..that's really gross. My suggestion, don't go down..to Sturgis on your bike unless she's driving.

I was on my Harley riding double up with my wife along the coast of Oregon when a truck hauling logs came out of nowhere and I nearly laid the bike down knowing I'll be under its tires soon and all of a sudden it stepped on the gas and gave me just enough clearance to upright the bike and avoid any kind of collision...it was a spiritual enhancing moment because there was no logical reason we avoided serious injury...you know when you've reached the point of no return and when it doesn't happen...its a miracle and one can't help but know someones looking out for you.

LOL......Not neccessarily "near death," but it could have been...a couple of weeks ago an old work truck that we had just bought was parked on the side of the road we live on (we live at the bottom of a hil)....I guess the truck decided it was too f**king hot outside, because it decided to park itself in our living room. It just rolled down the hill and BAM! I was standing outside at the grill cooking supper when it happened, and as soon as I saw it rolling, I yelled for my husband to get out of the house....(he was in the LR watching tv)....he heard me just in the nick of time! The damage wasn't as bad as the situation sounds...it was more scary than anything...we just stood there and held each other for a few minutes....

need to open wide and swallow however big it is, lil practice makes it easy. Teeth shouldn't be problem, just make sure or could cause discomfort-and ruin the whole point of the ride.
