Go to start > control panel > user accounts. You can add and delete user accounts there.

You will need to go to the control panel and delete the user from User Accounts. You should also go out and verify under c:\documents and settings\ (Assuming you are using XP) and make sure that the OS has deleted that user account from there as well. You might also want to run the disk cleanup from the accessories >> system tools off of the start menu to see if you have any temp files or cookies stored that can be trashed.
