Personally, Id wire every inch of New York Cities sewage system with enough C4 to take out the entire city. Im talkin one block of C4 right next to the other, covering the entire sewer system. Id set them up so that if you tried disarming one you would set off the rest. Id then hold the city ransom for 1billion in unmarked bills and a jet to take me anywhere in the world that I'd want to goto.
