No I don't think anyone has, as being African is not a crime. However, if an African is arrested and charged with a crime, he or she might get bail set at half a million, depending on the nature of the offense and the presiding judge.

You think you have it rough being African? Try being Africa for a day! All those people on you, walking around, fighting guerrilla warfare... It can really do a number on one's lower back... I'd pay 'half a mil' just to get everyone off me for one day!

No, but I've been treated differently in posh, uptown white areas. I say, SUE THE HECK OUT OF THEM!
Read the Constitution, its in there. Its one of the ammendments I think. Its about excessive bail or fines.

Nope...I'm white....right now that's the only thing white ppl have going for them....the legal system. Everything else goes to minorities......geez don't take that away from us too just because of the color of our skin! :)

Yeah, once, and then I applied "white boy" foundation on my face and skin, and the charges were dropped.
