Just got a leather recliner and it squeaks when I sit in it

Eat lots of greasy food. It will work itself out.

You don't. You shouldn't have gotten a leather chair if you didn't want it to squeak. Our billion year old leather chair still makes a butt load of noise when you sit in it. (btw, mother-in-law dropped it off at my house to "store" it and won't take it back)

Flip it over on something that wont scratch it, a rug, carpet. Get WD40 and spray all the metal underneath. That will stop the sqeaks.

Or if its the leather, get some conditioner for it.

use leather cleaner on it. Or do like I do I put a afgan on my leather couch. Leather is cold.

go buy a good leather conditioner... it softnes the leather so it doesnt squeek
