Say thank you, (the last time I had to deal with a ukranian it was a 15 year ol girl that backed into my car!!! bent my rim and destroyed my fender, she only had a learners permit so she wasn't even supposed to be driving alone and her parents didn't speak english. :( nothing good came out of this.
