Assuming it's (2/5)x<20, then it's
2/5x<20
2x<100
x<50

Multiply both sides by 5 and divide by 2.

If it's 2/(5x)<20, then it's
2/5x<20
2<100x
0.02
Multiply both sides by 5x then divide by 100.

Multiply by 5 on both sides to get:

2x < 100 Next Divide by 2 on both sides

x<50.

(That's assuming we are talking 2x/5)

If we are talking 2/5x < 20 multiply both sides by 5x to get:
2 <100x Next divide by 100 to get .02 < x

Next time, ask someone else for help.
