Hi!
Looks like you got the boredom bug! I'm used to it as I'm an only child! www.habbohotel.co.uk is an okay site but why do you want to stay on the computer? If your up to art then do a collage or make something, or invite a few mates over and have a laugh or go out and get some fresh air! Have any video games to play? Or have you got some unfinished homework you need to finish? Now is a good time to finish it!

Well, I am a parent of 2 small kids and I have no car this summer. We are trying to walk around in our neighborhood to do fun things - like going to the playground, the local swimming pool, window shopping on the square, ice cream with friends.

There are some great books out - both Robert Heinlein and Terry Pratchett have some really great kids books that you could read while working on your tan.

You could take up Yoga, learn to meditate or astral projection. I spent a summer learning about Lucid Dreaming and was able to have one by end of the summer. Learn more about other cultures or religions.

This is a very big world with lots of great things to do. Some of the stuff you can access on line. Think of some places you have always wanted to see. How about:

The Louvre in Paris: http://www.louvre.fr/llv/commun/home_flash.jsp
(I know if it french, but you can still check out many of the paintings: http://www.louvre.fr/llv/dossiers/alaune.jsp?bmLocale=fr_FR

The Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, FL: http://www.salvadordalimuseum.org/home.html

Take a tour of the Eiffel Tower: http://www.tour-eiffel.fr/teiffel/uk/

or Buckingham Palace: http://www.royal.gov.uk/output/page555.asp

or Mt. Rushmore: http://www.mtrushmore.net/

There is no reason for boredom - and just because you can't get there, doesn't mean you can't learn about it.

Peace!

Well, a little more information like how old you are and if your parents went away or if they are at work would help with an answer.

I like the idea of getting a job. It will kill time, give you cash in your pocket and teach you work values and responsibility. Life isn't all about watching TV, playing video games, surfing the net and going on holiday. There is so much more to do.

has the hobby died?

how can anyone be bored this day and age?

find a hobby, find out what you like what interests you? take a walk, fly a kite? think about getting things for halloween (if you celebrate it) what you need to do to prepare for school this season coming.

get some paints and some canvas and paint! go online and find out who will take painters and what you can do to contribute to the world of the arts?

do some community efforts.

walk neighbors dogs, wash cars, mow lawns, ride a bike.

help others like yourself, get together make a club....

there's so many things to do.

just don't sit there and worry about what to do because you're bored just get up and think what you want to do.

you aren't trapped there, get up, get some sun! kick the ball around and think about things while you're out getting some much needed activity.

so on.

there's many places to go and many things to do.

contribute!

who knows, drop by city hall and look at the brochures and ask someone if there's any intern work to be had.

:D

One girl actually started her own business whilst he parents were away! Lucky thing. If I were you, I'd start a new hobby... Do somethign crafty like card making, or cross stitching (they're not just for girls- not sure of your gender). Also, youc an try and sell them after so you'd get some cash too!! Double bonus! Not bored and not skint :o)

What sort of books do you like? That's a great way to kill lots of time and it's good for your brain!

Also, if there is food in the house, figure out how to make/cook something.

Good luck!

Exercises, work out, swimming if you can have that opportunities or do the jogging. All of that not just to get you out of boring but to help you look good and love your life more. Good luck to you./.

How about reading a book.... I've gone on many vacations sitting here in my house reading an excellent book, I've been all over the world that way. Try it, you will be surprised at where reading can take you. Have fun!

Do you like to read? Now is a good time to read some books. Do you have some friends nearby you can visit with if that is allowed?
