why did Israel bomb civilian buildings in Beirot, where not a single rocket was luanched from there (western journalists and embassies are witnesses) , these buildings were full of civilians (innocent civilians) ,
now as a direct result of Israel irresponsible, inhuman actions, those civilians are more likely to turn into suicide bombers after the trauma they've been through, so many years of their lives just vaporized in the air, imagine you are 35y/o spent 10 years raising 3 kids, and in one day, you find your family all dead, homless , . . .

(please don't compare what hezballa did with what Israeli did,we will discuss that another time..and Israel is supposed to be the oasis of civilization, and should not behave as a blood-thirsty monester ..)

The buildings attacked were identified as the housing official's residences and offices of Hezbollah. The Israeli bombing was extremely precise. Only the buildings targeted were hit...as can be seen in the news photos where neighboring buildings were untouched. Further, Israel also notified the area residents which buildings were to be hit and when (within a few hours) giving them plenty of time to leave the area.

Unlike Hezbollah which not only targeted civilian areas without warning, but loaded the warheads with ball bearings and nails to maximize civilian casualties AND TARGETED ISRAELI ARAB TOWNS FOR THE PURPOSE OF KILLING FELLOW ARABS IN THE HOPE THAT THE ISRAELI ARAB POPULATION (NOT THE PALESTINIANS) WOULD RISE UP AS A 'FIFTH COLUMN'.

The fact of the matter is that there were extremely few casualties in Beirut, despite the numbers manufactured by the Arab press. Most of the civilian casualties occurred in the south where Hezbollah fired from residential neighborhoods and stored munitions in apartment blocks...and then refused to let the civilians leave, using them as human shields.

Next time, before going on your anti-Israeli rampage, learn the facts and recognize the sources of the lies. Then, and only then, will you come to understand the true nature of the situation.

1. Learn how to spell.
2. Don't post another question until you learn how to spell and use proper grammar.
3. Hezbollah started it and shot off rockets indiscriminately - hitting anything and anyone in its path.
4. Israel used more sophisticated weapons and avoided any civilian areas.
5. Israel WARNED these people to get out of there because the Hezbollah cowards WERE in the areas where Israel bombed.
Their deaths are the direct result of Hezbollah using the Lebanese people as human shields. The Lebanese are not stupid. They are very sophisticated - and as we all help them rebuild that which Hezbollah destroyed - they will come to know who the real bad guys are.
6. Where are the kidnapped Israeli soldiers?
Israel has the inherent right of all nations to live in peace and not have to worry about what jackass is going to kidnap their people and lob rockets at their cities. I don't think we'd like it much if Canada suddenly lost its mind and started shooting rockets at us. One of those Hezbollah numbers could land on my front porch! Nor would the world be in an uproar if we took out Toronto in retaliation. But somehow, because its Israel, they're the evil ones who should be condemned to live in fear. When are we going to give these people a break and let them just live their lives?

The UN is the main HYPOCRITICAL business enterprise ever. The UN will do plenty while there is not any concern to, or while it won't injury america of a and the different allies. (like the Libyan situation) yet while it is composed of sth against u . s ., France, Britain or Israel, they'll use words , and on no account movements. For.Ex: while the UN made the determination no.242 in 1967 that ordered : a million.Israel could enable pass of all lands it invaded in 1967. 2.admire for political independence and territorial sovereignty of each and every State interior the area. 3.determine freedom of navigation via worldwide waterways 4.stumble on a answer to the Refugees concern. 5.The business enterprise of a demilitarized zone on the border until eventually finally on the present time, Israel did no longer do the customary public of those orders, the lands Israel invaded in 1967 are : Sinai, (which replaced into in basic terms decrease back after a conflict and a peace treaty), Jerusalem, West economic business enterprise, Golan in Syria (until eventually finally on the present time under Israeli administration) Refugees concern on no account solved, thousands and thousands of them are nevertheless on the borders. at the same time as Egypt well-known the order of no. 3 The UN easily did no longer something

They were after the enemy who obviously used the guerilla tactic of hiding among the civilians. If they had not choose to hide there, none of the civilian would have been hurt. The Hez are a bunch of dirty yellow cowards and care even less for the lives of the innocent. They proved this by hiding where they did. If I were going to rob a bank, I would not go in and hold a baby up in front of me so no one would shoot me. That is what the Hez did in effect while shooting at Isreal soldiers. So, who is the blood thirsty monster??

First off you're an idiot if you truly believe what you here on the news. Second, you need to stop and think what would it benefit Israel to purposely bomb innocent civilians when at the start of this uprising it was stated BY Israel that they didn't have the same luxury as the U.S. did to be allowed to make mistakes such as this because of the way the rest of the world view them. Think before you open that pie hole.

Israel did not ever intentionally bomb civilians _ IDF targets in Beirut were Hizbulla strongholds, which they conveniently placed near civilian areas or in them.
Have you been to southern Beirut? There was a large Hizbulla headquarters there, so the IAF bombed it, hoping to kill the leaders of Hizbulla, which DOES intentionally kill civilians (and is therefore a Terrorist organization as defined by the Geneva Convention, and the Protocols).
And who are you to state, in your question, that Israel acted irresponsibly? The IAF is extremely responsible, and VERY aware of all civilian collateral damage issues. So "loading" your question with your assumptions (which are not based in fact) is to create a self-fulfilling prophecy (it is illicit argumentation to argue your point in your question, to assume your answer in your question).
Good luck, though.. sounds like you are an Arab or a Muslim with pre-conceived notions about Israel and you just "asked" this "question" to start a flame war. Sad.

The land of "Israel" should be split in half. The northern half would be Palestine and the southern half Israel.

In the middle occupying Jerusalem would be the new U.N. HQ with a corridor that divides these lands from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea. Stationed there should be 200,000 man Rapid Reaction Force capable of delivering a serious smack down to ANYONE in the region that acts out of line.

This solution creates peace in the region and gets the U.N. out of New York .

The problem here is that if Israel commits to a cease fire, Hezzbolah has already committed to wiping out their kind, whatever it takes. I agree that it's a travesty to kill innocent people, but Lebanon needs to get rid of Hezbollah if they want their country to remain safe. If you had been watching Fox news, Hezzbolah is being re-armed from forces like Syria and Iran, which are trying to do the same thing that Hezzbolah is doing. This conflict had started a long time ago... there are even references to this conflict in the Bible! This is something that needs to stop, but for Israel to stop means that they risk their country being nuked in the future by Militant Hezzbolah, Iran, and Syria, who have already expressed their absolute hatred toward this country publicly!

When we think of the innocent lives that aren't spared by something like this... it does curdle the stomach. Where were the Lebanese forces to prevent these forces from firing upon the nation of Israel?

Israel is surrounded by nations that will settle for nothing less than it's total annihilation. The Hezbollah cowards hide among the civilian population thinking that Israel's hands would be tied. Gee, I guess they were wrong.

Did you ever study WWII? We bombed Dresden, Germany to the ground, and wiped out Hiroshima and Nakasaki with A bombs. The Hezbollah leaders and followers lived there. Why are you people so weak on killing civilians now?
