Ichmeler is a reasonably small town in Marmaris bay. It has plenty of tourist things to do but it is a lot quieter than Marmaris which is not far away. It has a lovely beach and speciality of the area is the boat trips around the numerous islands in tha bay. Well worth a visit is the weekly market where you can buy almost anything but the "Genuine Fake" designer clothing is a must!

Yes i was there for a day trip a couple of years ago. It was nice from what i can remember, and absolutely boiling!
