I vote for Gore. He won the vote. The Republicans stole the election. Damn electoral college.
Looking over these years we have been dealing with Bush( and I don't totally despise him), it makes me wonder how great a president Gore could have been. He is an idealist and extremely smart. We have seen the likes of talent in him in a long time.

its indeed a tragedy how a person who gets 500,000 more votes manages to lose an election...a true democracy is one man one vote....the electoral college has to go..it is an antiquated system that has no relevance today....as for Gore, i think if nothing else things would be much more promising today had he made it to the white house... in terms of intelligence there is no comparison in that he is way smarter than bush

Al Gore is NOT an idealist. He is just another rich hypocrite unwilling to make any personal changes while basically demanding that we all make sacrifices to avert certain doom. Oh yeah, let's also not forget Tipper and her vision of censoring what we listen to.

I agree. I believe we would be living in a much better world if Gore would have be allowed his rightful place a president. Remember the election was not decided by the people but by the supreme court.
