if he is real young it will take a lot of care to keep him alive. if his eyes arent open, he is too young for fruit & regular milk. he has to be kept warm. see links below for all the info u need. he needs to eat frequently. every 2 hrs. good luck!
Whole, raw, fresh goat milk; KMR® (Kitten Milk Replacer); Esbilac® (puppy formula); Enfamil (without iron); or Soyalac human formula have all been used. The powdered formula is usually used rather than the liquid as you can mix up a fresh batch each day and the powder will last longer. The liquid formulas have to be used within 3 days after opening. Lambert Kay™ makes a Mother’s Helper™ puppy formula that can also be used for rats and other orphan babies.
does he need your help? or is he ok where u found him? r u sure he's a baby? if you're going to keep him u cant feed him all these stupid things people are saying like cheese, crackers, pnutbutter. these are all just snack foods & will not keep him healthy. i guess people just care about points vs. real answers.

depends on the age. If its very young some milk (prefably goats milk as cows milk may be to strong) given via syringe.
for a bit older try givin it some bread dipped in milk.
A adult mouse will eat bread or healthy ceral and soem water.
Try givin it a choice of all 3 if u are unsure ofits age.

I bre.d mice for several years. You did not say how old it was.
If it has hair, its eyes open, and is running around, then it will manage very well on brown bread soaked in" lactol" (puppy/kitten formula) Add a few drops of Hamster vitamins to this. With this feed a sprinkle of dry Porridge oats (oatmeal), and as it grows add small seeds, e.g. budgie, and Hamster mix.
If the baby is younger--eyes closed offer the milk from the tip of a teaspoon.

Hi, You could go to a local pet store or supermarket and get some small animal food and food just as long as its for small animals, also get a keep it in a box for now until you get a cage and give it water, and shred some paper to make a bed for it. If you can get to a super markek now if would recommend getting some food and saw dust and bedding. If you say baby it might not be able to digest solid food so i recommend you go to the vet and see really how old it is, But if it is not to small it should be fine

Your mouse has each and all of the indicators of inner injuries. keep her heat specifically and in case you could coax her to consume slightly chocolate it won't injury her and she or he will have the means to like it. each and every so often a definite cope with with adequate heat temperature (small easy against cage) delivers her the greater beneficial she desires to get better. additionally supply slightly banana for nutrition ok which will end any inner bleeding if no longer too extreme. Do supply her a sprint specil medical care and it would desire to easily be adequate to make her rally around.

I'd put it back where you found it because the mother will probably find it. We found one today and it died after a short while probably because of shock. Wild animals can't take the stress of being handled by humans unless an absolute emergency, in which case take it to a Wildlife Rescue Centre asap if it's injured. (look in your local phone directory). If it looks perfectly healthy, as I said put it back where you found it.

A little family of mice found their way into our basement once, and we set out those little sticky traps to capture them, and the bait that worked best was bird feed. I don't know if that's enough for them to live off of though. I don't think you should give it milk; just water.

Go to the pet store and buy some mice/rat food otherwise try bread or something but DO NOT give it cheese. It'll kill it.
