Whaaaaa? Generation X began in 1989-93 (the lallapalooza ages, grunge, etc.) then 94-97 were the Y's and the other day I heard this generation (16-20 year olds) is genDMX, and if you dont know why I aint tellin ya.

HA HA HA what a great question! Because somone figured out that the baby boomers and the echo boomers would probably blow the rest of us up in a nuclear flash. So generation X and Y are necessary when the old farts kill each other off in thier policitcally correct, religio-facism, greedy, corporate, right wing, border protectionist, egalitarian, patriarchal, mc-carthy-isitc, fear mongering, war-mongering nut cases. You guys might be the ones to save the rest of us idiots! This from an echo boomer, who has survived the cold war and various hot wars. The end is yet to be determined but hold your breath a little longer the idiots aren't done yet.

I believe that according to the census bureau, gen X runs from 1965 to 1978, and gen Y runs from 1978 to 1992, I believe.
