I am a man. I am 50 years old. I do a manual job that is hard, dirty and long hours. For entertainment I used to lift weights. Twenty years ago I blew a vein in my calf. It didn't hurt but I knew it was there.
I got rid of it in six weeks by taking a gram of grape-seed extract every day in warm water.
This stuff is a major, heavyweight antioxidant that binds to capillary surfaces and seals them.
Be warned - this stuff is VERY VERY bitter. But it works!!
Good luck.

When I turned 28 I already had been in pain, embarrassed, and scared of becoming pregnant. I didn't want my big blue varicose veins to get worse. The All Natural Varicose & Spider Vein Solution program was an easy read and easy to do. Within 21 days there was a big difference in how my legs looked and I can wear shorts without feeling embarrassed. I feel so much better with more energy and for giving me back a healthier body, and the legs that a 28 year old should have.
Naturally heal your veins?

I have this problem, too. It's unfortunately genetic. I asked my dermatologist about spider veins on my legs. I work out a lot, and I am of a healthy weight. He told me that since it's in my genetics that there isn't much that I can do. Either I get them from working out, or I get them from being overweight. He told me to pick one. I was a tad upset because my mother did not receive them until after she gave birth to me. It's just something you have to deal with, if you can't have the surgery.

First congratulation on the (year ago birth) of your son!
Before bed time massage warm primrose oil over veins, it is not guaranteed to work in a day but it does let them shrink!
A fibre rich diet high too , along with not wearing high heals when walking long distances or when you re on your feet all day.
You should also Try to keep your leg up when watching TV.
Good luck!

You could try laser treatment - kind of surgery but no cutting and very minimal pain. Find a good clinic in your area and go for a free consultation. Good luck.

you don't have to get rid of them, just cover them up with make up, or pantyhose.
