i don't smoke at all but i smoked weed 3 time in the last 3 weeks.am i clean yet? i drink a whole lot of water

it's been a week that i haven't smoked and i drunk a lot of water, and play sports , do you think i'm already clean since those 3 times were like my only times smoking weed on earth? plus i only took about 7 puffs each

no. absolutely not. weed stays in your bloodstream for over a month. it stays in your hair forever. once you smoke weed, you will be tested positive by hair, and it takes at least a month to get it out thru urination. sports has nothing to do with it. neither does water. if your worried about it, maybe you shouldnt have done it. drugs are so f-ing stupid.

First of all, keep drinking water and working out (or playing sports). But unfortunately, all this will not rid your systme of the marijuana any quicker than you going to your local drug store and purchasing a one of those drinks (which doesn't always work). Like someone above said, it stays in your system for 30 days...and....in your hair for however long ( I don't know about 4 yrs, though).

Furthermore, it sounds as if you are really concerned about weed being in your system...maybe you shouldn't do again.

But it's best to be informed either way.

No. Each time you smoke weed, it stays in your system for a month. It stays in your hair for about 4 years. There's these drinks they sell at GNC that flushes out your system. It makes you pee like crazy tho.

you will probably be fine. keep drinking the water. if you are really worried about it, you can purchace stuff from your local head shop. or a liver cleansing tea from a health food store.
