bush and Blair are two different people,i don't think Blair and bush share the same ideologies,in America, their really has not been any terrorism, but in Britain their is a home grown problem, yes the media told you their was a threat of terrorism in America,so be careful, but where are the terrorist, nothing since 9-11,i believe Blair has a harder job since his country has terror activity

Right now they are wagging the dog....they create terrorists by indiscriminately killing innocent civilians (invasion of iraq, use of white phosphorus, AWOL marines raiding innocent homes, bombing cities without regard to casualty, etc) and then they complain that the world is less safe due to terrorism. They are both frightening (far more than Al Qaeda, Bin Laden, Iran or Hezbollah) and they are the reason we have seen such an increase in terrorism since Sept. 11th around the world.

It's second only to Custer's.
I spent over 20 years in the Middle East and, believe me, I know that their "stand" is a disaster very similar to the "stand" the USA took in Vietnam (and I was there, too - Chu Lai, 1965-1966, USMC.)

They are not standing. They are hiding in their bunkers letting the "little people" do the dirty work.

For every terrorist they kill or capture, 3 more are waiting to take their place. Like "the war on drugs" and "the war on poverty", you cannot hope to win without looking at the root causes.
