Had one once. but here is a list on what you will need and a aprox. price

Tank... atleast 150gallons depending on the shark maybe bigger- 400ish dollars with stand

salt, substrate, things to decoraite-- about 100 to start off with... salt is an on going cost at about 20 per 50 gallon mix

filter, protein skimer, uv sterliser- filter will probably need a sump fliter or 3 or 4 really good canaster filters thats anywear from 200 to 500 dollars. the protein skimer is another hundred and the UV is another 150ish

heaters- probaby one or two maybe even three really really good ones. around 100 or so.

top for the tank- as long as the shark dosn't need really good lights probaby about 200 for a canapy and 100 for lights

fish- you cant just put a shark in a just set up tank (well you can if your stupid) so you need to use a product like bio-spria or some fish to cycle the tank- 50

the shark- anywear from 100 to 2000

Okay, I get it. You are trying to decide between a cow and a shark. I would say, start with the cow (or with the pet goat as I recommended you before) and then when it's grown, buy the shark and feed the cow to the shark. How about that? Get that on tape and sell it to make some money to buy an elephant. Then when the elephant is grown, buy a hundred piranhas. Need I go on?

Well it wouldn't be my first choice for a pet. But each to their own I guess. Sharks get pretty big are you digging out the back yard for it. Also, they aren't to friendly but good luck.
