I'd be mad but at the same time he's one smart ninja if you really think about it so while we want to kick him in the tushie he's sitting high right now

Make him invent a spyware to stop them that would work 100%, then pay everyone whose ever had to deal with them (everybody) 100 dollars. Then I would throw them to all you other people and let you do as you wished, after he invented the 100% effective pop-up blocker, and sell it for free. I'm trying to think humane thoughts here, lol.

I'd tie him up at the back of my car letting him drag for 20 miles. Then on the open wound i'd sprinkle with salt and leave him in a desert without food or water.

Kick him in the crotch. One kick for every time I have had a pop-up. So he knows what a pain it is to get pop-ups. I think he'll learn that lesson very, very quickly!
