he has a strange green glow to him and he likes eating cow blood...he won`t tell me where he was born and he says he has no family...hes also fascinated by the story about the phoenix lights and says he knows what they were but won`t elaborate...and hes always complaining about how cold he is..dop you think he could be?

No. Definitely not. Mars is further from the Sun and therefore colder than Earth. If he were really from Mars he would be complaining about how HOT he is.
Instead, he is probably from Venus.

c=mon, first of all, we portray other inteligent civilization to be similar to men, but to a palce like Mars, EVEN if they have life, inteligent civilizaiton for them might be a group of microbes, we just dont know, we can't put own biased views on what INTELIGENT civilizaitonn on other lifes in the universe.....and the wholw thing about being cold doesn't make sense, he probably is sick..

who knows. nothings impossible. just improbable. so he very well could be. if your interested in leaving the planet, ask him. Be like "hey are you an alien? and if so, can you take me on a trip? I swear i'm serious" you never know what'll happen.
