Is this abuse of power by the government/ grand jury? Is Mark Andersen protecting his rights?

He's doing what he believes is right, but the law is the law. I wouldn't want to rat on someone, but at the same time I'd have to accept the fact that I'm going to jail.

I don't think having him in jail is going to help anyone, but that's likely to happen.

no i think they should leave Barry alone they have a ton of unsolved murders in California and they worry about Barry Bonds could be taking steroids give me a break

Yes, he should go to jail for contempt. He needs to fess up and quit protecting his cheating friend.
