I had a slight twinge all day on Tuesday and Wednesday and today it is less frequent comes and goes. It is on lower right side Been feeling twing on and off. Could I be pregnant? Ovualation twinges don't usually last this long? I can actually feel a slight twinge now. Could it be the egg trying to move to the uterus?

when you ovulate the egg matures in a little sac.. when you ovulate it bursts out of the sac to travel down the fallopian tube.. sometimes the little sac doesn't get reabsorbed and then is called a cyst.. which if just little can cause those twinges. That little sac is what puts out hormones (progesterone) very early in pregnancy to support things until the placenta forms, so it's supposed to stay for a bit then if you are not pregnant, it goes away.
Also you can ovulate more than once, but it happens within a 24 hr period.. so maybe a 2nd ovulation?

Have you missed your period? If so have it checked out could be an ectopic pregnancy that could be potentially fatal. Other signs of ectopic are black, prune juice color bleeding, referred shoulder pain and pressure on the affected side when having a bowel movement.
