my sister's having a huge party, and we're really close so i'm helping her, but she's stressing about the theme.... she's trendy, likes everything a normal teen does... going to the beach, shopping.. all that... but she wants something over the top... not just shopping..

Traditional Sweet 16's, everybody dresses up. They are more formal parties.
Other theme ideas:
Movies, Luaus, Fiestas, Egyptian, Rock n' Roll, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, Costume party, scavenger hunts.
Or she could go to the opposite of her normal personality and have a fun time "playing pretend". Go carts or paintball would be a change of pace from her normal everyday self. She would certainly remember it for years.

does she have a car ??? well anyways u should have a a tropical theme cuz u like going to the beach orr u can have a car theme and buy her a car lol but i like the tropical theme better hope this helps good luck

amercrombie, aeropostal, hollister, american eagle theme. You could give out like a tee shirt that you got on sale. That would be awsome. You could decorate the place like hollister (like the beach).
